Creșterea impozitului pe proprietăți se amână până în 2026

Ministrul Finanțelor, Marcel Boloș, a confirmat că noul sistem de calcul al valorii de piață a imobilelor, menit să aducă o actualizare a impozitului pe proprietate, nu va fi finalizat în acest an. Într-un interviu acordat Profit.ro, Boloș a explicat că implementarea acestui sistem era programată pentru 1 ianuarie 2025, dar termenul va fi probabil amânat până la începutul anului 2026.

„În legislația actuală este stipulat 1 ianuarie 2025, dar îl vom amâna pentru a asigura logistica necesară modernizării acestui tip de impozit pe proprietate. Operaționalizarea până la finalul anului este improbabilă”, a afirmat Boloș.

Noul sistem, denumit „e-Proprietatea”, este destinat digitalizării procesului de impozitare a proprietăților. Scopul acestuia este de a calcula impozitul în funcție de valoarea reală de piață a imobilului, în contrast cu actuala metodă care se bazează pe indicatori fixați în Codul Fiscal.

Astfel, proprietarii de imobile din zone cu prețuri ridicate ar putea experimenta creșteri semnificative ale impozitelor, în timp ce în regiunile cu dezvoltare economică slabă ar putea fi constatate scăderi. Conform legii, aceste creșteri pot ajunge chiar de 2-3 ori mai mult, deoarece vor fi utilizate grilele notariale, care au valori mari. De asemenea, se va renunța la plafonul maxim pentru impozite, păstrându-se doar un plafon minim, ceea ce va permite majorarea impozitelor în funcție de valoarea proprietății.

Aceste modificări vor afecta nu doar proprietarii de imobile, ci și uzinele, fabricile, terenurile și parcurile eoliene deținute de companii, precum și proprietarii de vehicule și terenuri.
