Poșta Română implementează un program de plecări voluntare

Compania Poșta Română anunță pregătirea unui program de plecări voluntare pentru angajații săi. Aceasta măsură vine în urma unei analize care a relevat un excedent de personal în anumite structuri. Cei care nu vor alege să plece voluntar sau care nu vor fi selectați pentru noile posturi disponibile ar putea să se confrunte cu concedieri, conform informațiilor din surse oficiale.

În prima fază a procesului, angajații din administrația centrală au fost solicitați să elaboreze un raport de activitate. "Toți salariații care nu rămân în cadrul structurilor existente, nu optează pentru plecări voluntare sau nu sunt aleși pentru posturile nou înființate vor fi concediați. Din cauza Ordonanței de Urgență 156/2024, este posibil ca aceștia să nu primească compensații financiare", au comunicat reprezentanții companiei.

Pentru a compensa redimensionarea personalului, Poșta Română va crea noi locuri de muncă, în domenii precum vânzări și training. Compania se mândrește cu o rețea teritorială formată din peste 5.600 de unități, fiind cel mai mare operator de curierat din România. Această restructurare ar putea afecta semnificativ angajații, iar detaliile suplimentare urmează să fie anunțate în perioada următoare.
