Protecția Consumatorilor Alba: Amenzi de peste 1,5 milioane lei, după controale Peste 180 de magazine, comercianți și alte firme au fost verificate, de Comisariatul Județean pentru Protecția Consumatorilor Alba (CJPC Alba) în martie. Controalele vizează prestarea de servicii de alimentație publică, comercializarea de bunuri alimentare și nealimentare, și prestarea de servicii nealimentare.

În total, au fost desfășurate 68 de acțiuni de control privind comercializarea de bunuri alimentare și prestarea de servicii de alimentație publică. De asemenea, au fost efectuate 112 de acțiuni de control privind comercializarea de bunuri nealimentare și prestarea de servicii nealimentare. Comisarii CJPC Alba au aplicat sancțiuni și măsuri complementare pentru neregulile constatate. Printre acestea se numără măsurile de oprire temporară a prestării serviciilor pentru 3 operatori economici. Potrivit CJPC Alba, cele mai frecvente abateri constatate au fost: - neîndeplinirea condițiilor igienico-sanitare la unitățile de alimentație publică; - comercializarea de produse expirate sau cu termenul de valabilitate expirat; - lipsa informațiilor obligatorii pe etichetele produselor; - neluarea în calcul a prevederilor legale privind protecția consumatorilor. Consumatorii sunt îndemnați să fie atenți la aceste aspecte și să sesizeze orice nereguli la autoritățile competente. CJPC Alba rămâne vigilent și continuă să desfășoare controale pentru a asigura respectarea drepturilor și intereselor consumatorilor.
