Creșterea salariului mediu net în România în iulie 2024

Salariul mediu net în România a înregistrat o creștere de 1,3% în luna iulie 2024, comparativ cu luna iunie, conform celor mai recente date furnizate de Institutul Național de Statistică (INS). Astfel, câștigul salarial mediu net a ajuns la 5.242 lei, fiind cu 66 lei mai mare față de luna precedentă.

De asemenea, salariul mediu brut a crescut cu 100 lei (+1,2%) în luna iulie, atingând o valoare de 8.580 lei. Cele mai mari salarii medii nete s-au constatat în sectorul fabricării produselor de cocserie și a celor obținute din prelucrarea țițeiului, unde câștigul s-a ridicat la 13.052 lei. Pe de altă parte, salariile cele mai mici au fost înregistrate în fabricarea articolelor de îmbrăcăminte, cu doar 3.054 lei.

Comparativ cu aceeași lună din anul precedent, câștigul salarial mediu net a crescut cu 14,8%. Indicele câștigului salarial real a fost de 108,9% pentru luna iulie 2024, în raport cu aceeași lună din anul 2023, și de 100,7% față de luna iunie 2024. Față de octombrie 1990, indicele câștigului salarial real a atins valoarea de 253,3%, înregistrând o creștere de 1,7 puncte procentuale față de luna iunie a acestui an.

Cea mai mare parte a activităților economice a fost marcată de o creștere a câștigului salarial mediu net. Totuși, scăderile salariului mediu net au fost consecinte ale primelor ocazionale, beneficiilor de natură și ajutoarelor financiare acordate în lunile anterioare, precum și al realizărilor mai slabe în producție și încasări reduse pe diferite proiecte.

În sectorul bugetar, au fost raportate scăderi ale câștigului salarial mediu net comparativ cu luna precedentă, indicând provocările economice cu care se confruntă această ramură.
