Guvernul prelungește plafonarea prețurilor la alimente

Guvernul României va prelungi plafonarea prețurilor pentru anumite alimente de bază, conform unui proiect de ordonanță propus de Ministerul Agriculturii, care se află în consultare publică. Potrivit sursei alba24.ro, această măsură a fost introdusă anterior prin OUG 67/2023 și vizează controlul prețurilor pentru mai multe categorii de produse alimentare esențiale.

Se urmărește limitarea adaosurilor comerciale practicate pe tot lanțul de distribuție, de la procesare până la comercializare, în încercarea de a proteja consumatorii de creșteri exagerate ale prețurilor. Această măsură a fost prelungită de mai multe ori, pentru perioade de câte trei luni, fiind stabilit inițial ca să expire în iunie 2025.

Potrivit notei de fundamentare, citată de sursa menționată, dacă aceste măsuri legislative nu vor fi extinse, există riscul unei creșteri bruște a prețurilor la alimente, ceea ce ar putea duce la dezechilibre majore între cerere și ofertă pe piața agroalimentară.

Proiectul de ordonanță prevede însă prelungirea plafonării prețurilor până în data de 30 septembrie 2025, pentru a menține stabilitatea pieței și a proteja consumatorii, notează alba24.ro.
