Lotul de cinci kilometri pe drumul expres 4 aproape de Tureni va fi întârziat

Lotul de cinci kilometri al drumului expres 4, care ar urma să conecteze A3 Transilvania cu DN 1, în apropiere de Cluj, nu se va deschide în 2024, conform unei declarații a Asociației Pro Infrastructura.

Reprezentanții asociației au menționat că, având în vedere progresul lucrărilor din primele 11 luni de contract, este clar că acest mini-lot nu va fi inaugurat la anul. "În acest ritm, inaugurarea este fezabilă doar în primăvara lui 2025," au declarat aceștia. De asemenea, s-a subliniat faptul că firmele implicate, Dimex (responsabil de terasamente) și Con-A (responsabil de structuri), nu par să aibă capacitatea de a finaliza lucrările până în luna decembrie, înainte de termenul contractual stabilit pentru februarie 2025.

Chiar dacă acest tronson are o lungime mică, adică de doar cinci kilometri, lucrările se dovedesc a fi complexe. Aceasta include consolidări serioase, cu ziduri de sprijin, și se lucrează în continuare la forarea pilotilor. În plus, proiectul presupune realizarea a două noduri rutiere și mai multe vai, relocări de drumuri existente și un relief dificil.

Această secțiune, deși mică, va avea un impact semnificativ asupra traficului. Așteptată atât de șoferii din tranzit, cât și de locuitorii din Turda, lucrarea este privită cu mare interes.

În luna iulie, DRDP Cluj a actualizat stadiul lucrărilor, precizând că antreprenorul are pe șantier un număr de 318 muncitori și 221 de utilaje, ceea ce sugerează o mobilizare considerabilă pentru finalizarea proiectului.
