Planuri legislative pentru sumele primite necuvenit de pensionari

Pensionarii care au primit sume de bani necuvenite din cauza unor greșeli de calcul sau plăți necorespunzătoare așteaptă clarificări cu privire la ceea ce se va întâmpla cu aceste sume. Recent, senatorii au propus o nouă reglementare care prevede că pensionarii nu vor fi obligați să returneze aceste sume.

Conform informațiilor obținute de avocatnet.ro, scutirea de la plata sumelor necuvenite se va aplica indiferent de tipul de pensie de care beneficiază pensionarii la momentul în care au fost identificate diferențele.

Pentru ca această scutire să devină efectivă, autoritățile trebuie să actualizeze normele prevăzute în Legea 125/2014. Proiectul prevede un termen de 30 de zile de la intrarea în vigoare a noilor reglementări.

Pentru a clarifica situația, proiectul de lege care urmează să fie dezbătut și votat în Camera Deputaților va asigura că sumele acordate în plus pensionarilor, ca urmare a unor erori de calcul în recalcularea pensiilor conform noii legi (Legea 360/2023), vor fi incluse în această excepție, nu doar conform vechii legislații (Legea nr. 263/2010).

Această propunere legislativă vine să răspundă preocupărilor pensionarilor și să faciliteze o mai bună gestionare a eventualelor probleme legate de calculul pensiilor.
