Absolvenții pe piața muncii: așteptările salariale în marile orașe vs media națională

Potrivit Termene.ro, așteptările absolvenților pentru entry-level sunt în medie 3.800 lei net la nivel național, 4.200 lei în București și 3.900 lei în Cluj, Timișoara și Iași. Pentru absolvenții 2025, culoarul realist de negociere este să se încadreze în mediile locale, cu variații în funcție de domeniu, programul de lucru și tipul de prezență (birou/hibrid/remote).
