ANAF a început să dea amenzi în trafic

ANAF a demarat o serie de controale în trafic, rezultând penalizări care se ridică la aproape două milioane de lei. Inspectorii Agenției Naționale de Administrare Fiscală au desfășurat acțiuni de verificare în conformitate cu Ordonanța de Urgență referitoare la sistemul RO-eTransport, notează alba24.ro. Această reglementare are ca scop confiscarea mărfurilor care nu au acte de proveniență.

În cadrul acestor controale, au fost inspectate aproape 4.600 de autovehicule. De asemenea, în luna precedentă, au fost oprite peste 9.000 de mașini care transportau bunuri. În urma constatărilor, sancțiunile aplicate au totalizat aproape 3 milioane de lei.

Printre neregulile identificate se numără 12 vehicule ce transportau îmbrăcăminte și încălțăminte fără a fi declarate în sistemul RO-eTransport. Acest sistem a fost dezvoltat de autoritățile fiscale pentru a monitoriza transporturile de bunuri cu risc fiscal ridicat, având rolul de a combate evaziunea fiscală și de a asigura transparența în transportul mărfurilor.

Pe baza analizei de risc efectuate folosind datele din sistemul RO-eTransport, autoritățile au inițiat acțiuni de control bine direcționate. Sumele suplimentare estimate ca datorii la bugetul de stat au fost calculate la 25.057.438 lei.
