ANAF avertizează patronii de firme și PFA-urile din România să nu mai decontaze cheltuieli personale drept cheltuieli ale firmelor

Agenția Națională de Administrare Fiscală (ANAF) a transmis recent un avertisment firmelor și persoanelor fizice autorizate (PFA-uri) despre modul în care gestionează cheltuielile în contabilitate. Potrivit unui comunicat, autoritatea fiscală avertizează că nu trebuie să mai introducă cheltuieli personale, cum ar fi mâncare, haine sau electrocasnice, în registrele companiei.

ANAF reamintește că din cauza digitalizării sistemului fiscal au fost descoperite nereguli grave legate de deducerea TVA și înregistrarea cheltuielilor fictive. În aceste condiții, instituția pregătește o campanie de notificări și verificări. Conform sursei alb24.ro, dacă vor fi identificate riscuri fiscale ridicate, urmează controale amănunțite pentru a combate aceste practici.

Potrivit autorităților, patronii trebuie să înțeleagă că nu trebuie să confunde banii personali cu contul firmei. În cazul în care cheltuielile personale, precum produsele alimentare, cosmetice, haine sau electrocasnice, sunt constant deduse în contabilitate, aceste acțiuni sunt ilegale.

Conform notează site-ul menționat, controalele se vor extinde asupra activităților de consultanță, închirieri și servicii. ANAF subliniază că astfel de practici pot avea consecințe serioase, printre care sancțiuni financiare și alte măsuri legale, dacă se dovedește că există tentative de fraudare a sistemului fiscal.
