ANAF va controla organizatorii de nunți și botezuri începând din 10 noiembrie

Începând cu data de 10 noiembrie, Agenția Națională de Administrare Fiscală (ANAF) va desfășura controale la organizatorii de nunți, botezuri, majorate și evenimente corporate. Sunt vizate în special cele peste 80 de firme care nu au furnizat informațiile cerute legate de astfel de evenimente și care nu s-au conformat în termenele stabilite.

Campania de prevenție a ANAF dedicată acestui sector a dus la o creștere semnificativă a conformării voluntare, instituția raportând că în perioada iunie-septembrie 2025 sumele declarate la buget au urcat considerabil. „Sumele declarate la bugetul de stat au crescut cu 16,1%, impozitul pe profit cu 19,68%, iar impozitul pe venit cu 19,61%”, a precizat instituția, menționând și o majorare a TVA-ului declarat cu 20,32% față de perioada similară a anului precedent.

În urma analizei fiscale, Direcția Generală Antifraudă Fiscală (DGAF) a constatat că anumite companii au declarat venituri sub nivelul estimat din fluxurile financiare, evidențiind o conformare redusă. Alba24.ro citează oficiali ANAF care explică că verificările vor urmări în special modul în care au fost emise documentele justificative pentru încasări și respectarea obligațiilor fiscale legate de personalul implicat în organizare.

Potrivit ANAF, controalele nu vor afecta desfășurarea propriu-zisă a evenimentelor festive și nu vor viza participanții. Acțiunile de inspecție se vor desfășura exclusiv în afara orelor dedicate petrecerilor. „Acestea confirmă eficiența campaniilor de prevenție și colectare de date lansate în domeniul organizării de evenimente”, subliniază sursa citată.
