Au început lucrările la tunelul Robești pe autostrada Sibiu-Pitești

Pe secțiunea 2 a autostrăzii Sibiu-Pitești, între Boița și Cornetu, au demarat lucrările de construcție propriu-zise ale tunelului Robești, a anunțat miercuri șeful CNAIR, Cristian Pistol. Tunelul, de 900 metri lungime, va fi realizat prin metoda austriacă, cu posibilitatea utilizării dinamitării subterane în zonele cu rocă dură.

Constructorii turci din asociația Mapa – Cengiz au început lucrul cu o echipă de 30 de muncitori și 10 utilaje specializate. „Pe măsură ce activitățile vor evolua, numărul muncitorilor și al utilajelor va crește proporțional”, a precizat Cristian Pistol pe pagina sa de Facebook.

Contractul pentru această parte a autostrăzii, care are o lungime de 31,33 kilometri, valorează 4,25 miliarde lei fără TVA și este finanțat din fonduri europene nerambursabile prin Programul Transport. Finalizarea este estimată pentru anul 2028, iar stadiul fizic al lucrărilor pe tot șantierul a ajuns aproape la 7%, notează alba24.ro.

Investiția include construirea a 5 viaducte în zona Boița și este considerată un punct vital în dezvoltarea infrastructurii rutiere din regiune, facilitând legătura rapidă între Sibiu și Pitești pe traseul autostrăzii A1.
