Cardurile de energie 2025 vor fi extinse și pentru alte categorii vulnerabile

Comisiile economică și pentru energie ale Senatului au dat raport favorabil cu amendamente Ordonanței de Urgență 35/2025, ce acordă tichete electronice de energie în valoare de 50 de lei și persoanelor care se află în tratament la domiciliu cu aparate electro-medicale consumatoare de curent. Ajutorul va fi valabil pe durata folosirii acestor dispozitive.

Un amendament adoptat prevede că persoanele aflate în risc de sărăcie energetică pot primi acest voucher lunar pentru plata facturilor începând cu facturile emise după 1 iulie 2025. Sunt vizate gospodăriile cu venituri mici, iar numărul potențialilor beneficiari depășește 2,1 milioane. De asemenea, pentru persoanele fără acces la online și cu mobilitate redusă, administrațiile locale trebuie să desemneze un reprezentant pentru ridicarea tichetelor.

Potrivit informațiilor oferite de alba24.ro, depunerea cererilor pentru acest sprijin financiar se face o singură dată, acoperind perioada până în martie 2026, cu verificări lunare automate ale condițiilor de eligibilitate. Dacă apar modificări în componența familiei sau adresa, se impune o nouă solicitare, însoțită de actualizările corespunzătoare.

Procedura presupune validarea cererii în platforma EPIDS. După confirmare, beneficiarii primesc lunar un tichet în valoare de 50 de lei, care poate fi folosit doar pentru plata parțială a facturii de energie, la oficiile poștale. Tichetele sunt livrate în format fizic, iar plata nu se face prin transfer bancar, fie că solicitarea este făcută direct sau prin reprezentantul primăriei.
