Câți ani trebuie să muncești pentru a-ți permite un apartament în România

Salariile au crescut recent în România, ceea ce a dus la o cerere mai mare de locuințe în marile orașe. Potrivit informațiilor, achiziționarea unui apartament depinde de veniturile tuturor membrilor familiilor, nu doar de un singur salariu.

Experții financiari subliniază că, deși se discută adesea despre câți ani de salariu sunt necesari pentru a cumpăra un apartament, situația este mai complexă. "Pentru un cuplu care trăiește într-un oraș mare din România și câștigă salariul mediu local, este nevoie de aproximativ 4-4,5 ani pentru a strânge banii necesari unui avans pentru un apartament", spune Gabriel Blanita, Associate Director la Colliers, conform antena3.ro.

Aceasta arată că, în realitate, achiziția unei locuințe nu se poate face doar dintr-un salariu, ci este influențată de numărul salariaților din familie. Specialiștii notează că informațiile legate de această situație sunt esențiale pentru cei care doresc să facă o investiție pe termen lung în propriul cămin.
