Comercianții vor putea folosi telefoane mobile drept case de marcat virtuale

Un proiect legislativ propune ca telefoanele, tabletele sau calculatoarele să fie folosite ca case de marcat virtuale. Comercianții vor instala o aplicație aprobată de ANAF, care să înlocuiască aparatele clasice și să transmită automat datele fiscale către autorități.

Inițiativa facilitează vânzarea de oriunde, inclusiv din ferme sau la târguri, eliminând necesitatea achiziționării unor aparate costisitoare. Aplicația va genera bonuri digitale, simplificând astfel procesul fiscal și reducând povara administrativă.

Deputatul USR Andrei Plujar, inițiatorul proiectului, explică: „Casa de marcat virtuală este menită să reducă povara administrativă și să sprijine activitatea antreprenorilor, oferindu-le un instrument digital sigur, flexibil și accesibil. În acest fel întărim și capacitatea statului de a controla și reduce evaziunea fiscală.”

Proiectul introduce AMEF-V, o aplicație software certificată care preia toate funcțiile unei case de marcat tradiționale. Potrivit alba24.ro, această soluție va elimina costurile mari legate de aparatele fizice și va facilita actualizările ulterioare, oferind un proces simplificat pentru comercianți.
