Crește plafonul de pensie pentru medicamente compensate începând cu luna septembrie

Începând din luna septembrie, plafonul de pensie pentru care se oferă medicamente compensate va fi crescut. Guvernul a aprobat o ordonanță de urgență care include măsuri de protecție socială, decizia fiind luată luni.

Pentru pensionarii cu venituri mici, plafonul va crește de la 1.830 lei la 2.020 lei. Casa Națională de Asigurări de Sănătate (CNAS) a declarat că această majorare vine ca urmare a reformei sistemului de pensii, așa cum este stabilit prin Legea nr. 360/2023, care permite un număr semnificativ de pensionari să beneficieze de majorări ale pensiilor, unele depășind vechiul plafon pentru compensațiile de 90% la medicamente.

Conform CNAS, aproximativ 2,3 milioane de persoane cu pensii sub 2.020 lei vor putea beneficia de programul de compensare a medicamentelor de pe Sublista B2. Este important de menționat că, pentru a avea dreptul la compensarea de 90% a medicamentelor, nu se iau în considerare alte venituri ale beneficiarilor, în afară de pensii și indemnizațiile sociale pentru pensionari.

În scopul implementării rapide a noilor reglementări, CNAS a instruit casele de asigurări de sănătate din fiecare județ, inclusiv din Municipiul București și CAS a OPSNAJ, să informeze furnizorii de servicii medicale cu privire la noul plafon de pensie. Aceste informații vor fi publicate pe site-urile proprii și trimise prin e-mail către fiecare furnizor de servicii medicale.
