Cum poți obține teren gratuit pentru casă, în România

Tinerii români cu vârste între 18 și 35 de ani au posibilitatea, și în 2024, să primească terenuri gratuite de la stat pentru construcția unei locuințe. Această oportunitate vine în contextul unei actualizări recente a legislației. Cererile pentru obținerea terenurilor gratuite pot fi depuse la primăriile de domiciliu.

Cadrul legal care reglementează această inițiativă este reprezentat de Legea 15/2003, care a fost modificată prin HG 748/2023. Conform legii, primăriile sunt obligate să actualizeze anual lista terenurilor disponibile și să o facă cunoscută publicului.

Atribuirea terenului se realizează în folosinta gratuită pe toată durata existenței locuinței, proprietate personală. Terenul va fi acordat în limita suprafețelor disponibile, printr-o hotărâre a consiliului local al comunei, orașului, municipiului sau sectorului din București unde se află solicitantul. De asemenea, este stabilită o ordine de prioritate pentru atribuirea terenurilor, pe baza unor criterii aprobate de consiliul local.

Tinerii care doresc să beneficieze de această facilitate pot solicita terenul o singură dată. Cererea trebuie depusă la consiliul local de care aparține solicitantul, iar aceasta trebuie să conțină numele, prenumele şi domiciliul persoanei respective. La cerere se vor anexa documentele necesare.

Este important ca beneficiarul să înceapă construcția locuinței în termen de un an de la primirea terenului, respectând normele legale de construcție. După finalizarea construcției, consiliul local poate decide, la cererea proprietarului, vânzarea directă a terenului respectiv.
