Guvernul va împărți pachetul fiscal în cinci părți pentru a evita respingerea de către CCR

Guvernul României a decis să împartă pachetul de măsuri fiscale în cinci pachete separate, urmând să-și asume responsabilitatea pentru fiecare în parte. Această strategie a fost adoptată pentru a preveni riscul ca proiectele să fie respinse de Curtea Constituțională.

Potrivit ministrului Apărării, Ionuț Mosteanu, în cadrul unui interviu la Digi24, decizia a fost luată în grupul de lucru de la guvern. El a explicat că această abordare are precedent, amintind de perioada guvernului Boc, când s-au trimis proiecte separate în Parlament.

„Mergem cu toate cele cinci proiecte împreună, deoarece este mai coerent din punct de vedere legislativ. Aceasta înlătură pericolul unei decizii proaste în cazul unei verificări de neconstituționalitate”, a declarat ministrul.

Potrivit publicației alba24.ro, această măsură ar putea ajuta guvernul să evite blocajele legislative și să asigure aprobarea corectă a noilor măsuri fiscale.
