Ministerul Finanțelor introduce un nou sistem de raportare a activității funcționarilor începând din august

Ministerul Finanțelor va implementa, începând cu data de 1 august 2025, un nou sistem de raportare a activității pentru toți angajații din aparatul propriu al instituției. Potrivit Ordinului ministrului finanțelor nr. 1203/2025, această măsură face parte din planul guvernamental pentru perioada 2025-2028, ce vizează creșterea transparenței și eficienței în sectorul public.

Conform sursei, citată de alba24.ro, noul sistem va include raportări zilnice, lunare și trimestriale, atât la nivel individual, cât și pe compartimente, cu scopul de a monitoriza și evalua volumul de muncă și performanțele angajaților. Toți funcționarii de execuție din minister vor fi obligați să completeze zilnic un raport individual de activitate, conform anexei 2 a ordinului.

De asemenea, conducătorii compartimentelor vor realiza lunar o analiză a volumului de activitate și a gradului de încărcare a personalului, utilizând anexele 1 și 2. Acestea trebuie transmise în structura ierarhică și depuse la cabinetele secretarului de stat, secretarului general sau alte persoane cu atribuții delegate. Potrivit Ministerului Finanțelor, măsura își propune să creeze un sistem obiectiv de monitorizare care să sprijine evaluarea performanțelor și să optimizeze activitatea funcționarilor publici.

Ordinul menționează că implementarea noului sistem de raportare este în concordanță cu prevederile Ordinului SGG nr. 600/2018, care reglementează controlul intern managerial, precum și cu standardele 3 și 7 referitoare la competență și monitorizarea performanțelor personalului. Anexele obligatorii pot fi descărcate de pe pagina de intranet a Ministerului Finanțelor, din secțiunea dedicată managementului resurselor umane.
