Ministerul Finanțelor lansează măsuri fiscale pentru relansarea economică a României

Ministerul Finanțelor a publicat joi un pachet legislativ menit să sprijine investițiile strategice și să accelereze relansarea economică a țării. Conform alba24.ro, acest demers urmărește modernizarea cadrului fiscal-bugetar și mobilizarea resurselor financiare, în conformitate cu politicile europene și naționale. Proiectul se concentrează pe optimizarea conformării fiscale a contribuabililor și susținerea sectoarelor cu valoare adăugată mare.

👉 Măsuri fiscale propuse pentru persoane fizice și IMM-uri

Pachetul propus include măsuri pentru persoane fizice, antreprenori și IMM-uri, cum ar fi acordarea unei bonificații de 3% din impozitul pe profit pentru anul fiscal 2025. Această facilitate este condiționată de depunerea declarației fiscale și de plata integrală a obligațiilor până la 15 aprilie 2026.

De asemenea, se preconizează majorarea plafonului pentru TVA la încasare, de la 4,5 milioane lei la 5 milioane lei în 2026 și la 5,5 milioane lei din 2027, ceea ce va beneficia companiile care lucrează cu clienți care au termene lungi de plată.

Implementarea acestui pachet legislativ va genera efecte multiplicatoare în economie, stimulând activitatea în industrii conexe și crescând competitivitatea României pe piețele internaționale. Se estimează că proiectele de investiții strategice, cu valori de peste 1 miliard lei, vor crea mii de locuri de muncă bine plătite.

În plus, pachetul legislativ va sprijini dezvoltarea regională și va acoperi deficiențele teritoriale, reducând disparitățile economice. Conform ministrului Finanțelor, Alexandru Nazare, „acest efort va continua, inclusiv prin noi instrumente europene”, având ca obiectiv final o revenire sustenabilă a economiei românești.
