Modificări privind programul "Rabla Plus" și "Rabla Clasic" în 2024. Valoarea ecotichetelor scade la jumătate pentru mașinile electrice. Se introduce plafon de preț.

Guvernul României propune schimbări la programele "Rabla Plus" și "Rabla Clasic" priveind ecologia vehiculelor, care vor intra în vigoare din anul 2024. Ministerul Mediului a publicat un proiect care prevede reduceri în valoarea ecotichetelor pentru mașinile electrice și o limită de preț pentru mașinile vechi în programul "Rabla Clasic". Potrivit noului proiect, ecotichetul pentru achiziția de mașini electrice va scădea de la 51.000 de lei la 25.500 lei, indiferent de numărul de mașini vechi casate. De asemenea, mașinile hibride vor primi un ecotichet mai mic, de la 26.000 de lei la 13.000 lei. Programul "Rabla Clasic" va introduce și o limită de preț pentru mașinile disponibile pentru achiziție, plafonarea acesteia

la echivalentul în lei a 60.000 de euro, TVA inclus. Alte modificări propuse se referă la acordarea unui ecobonus de 1.500 lei pentru fiecare mașină veche casată, cu normă de poluare Euro 3 sau inferioară. Proiectul mai prevede o limită de 50% din prețul de comercializare al autovehiculului nou acordată pentru finanțare prin program, cu excepția instituțiilor publice și a unităților administrativ-teritoriale. Acestea vor beneficia de un ecotichet în cuantum de 120.000 lei la achiziționarea de mașini noi. Ministrul Mediului, Mircea Fechet, a anunțat că modificările la programele "Rabla Plus" și "Rabla Clasic" au fost luate în considerare de mai mult timp, pentru a sprijini producția internă de mașini electrice.
