Salariul mediu net a crescut în noiembrie 2025 la 5.615 lei în România

Institutul Național de Statistică (INS) a publicat datele oficiale privind salariul mediu net în România pentru luna noiembrie 2025. Conform raportului, acest indicator a înregistrat o creștere față de luna precedentă, ajungând la 5.615 lei, o majorare de 2,2% comparativ cu octombrie 2025.

Potrivit INS, în luna noiembrie 2025, salariul mediu brut a fost de 9.371 lei, cu 219 lei (+2,4%) mai mare decât în octombrie 2025. În același timp, salariul mediu net a urcat cu 123 lei, situându-se la 5.615 lei, ceea ce reprezintă o creștere procentuală de 2,2% comparativ cu luna precedentă.

Aceste date arată o tendință de creștere a veniturilor salariale în ultima parte a anului 2025, potrivit INS, care adaugă că salariile brute reflectă veniturile totale înainte de reținerea taxelor și contribuțiilor.

INS evidențiază că cele mai mari salarii medii nete s-au înregistrat în sectorul serviciilor de tehnologia informației, unde angajații au câștigat peste 12.900 lei în noiembrie 2025. Această ramură include activități informatice și servicii conexe.

La polul opus, cele mai reduse salarii medii nete au fost înregistrate în hoteluri și restaurante, cu 3.403 lei, precum și în fabricarea articolelor de îmbrăcăminte, cu un salariu mediu net de 3.468 lei, conform datelor publicate de INS.
