Sistarea emiterei rovinietelor prin SMS pentru un operator din România

CNAIR a anunțat că începând cu data de 05.02.2024, utilizatorii rețelei naționale de drumuri și autostrăzi din România nu vor mai putea plăti rovinietele și peajele prin intermediul serviciului de mesaje scurte (SMS) al operatorului de telefonie RCS &RDS. Această decizie vine ca urmare a sistării emiterii rovinietelor prin SMS și nu a fost oferit niciun motiv de către companie.

În contextul acestei schimbări, CNAIR va informa utilizatorii cu privire la reluarea activității de încasare a tarifelor. Cu toate acestea, compania de drumuri nu a făcut public motivul deciziei de a opri plata rovinietelor prin SMS. Potrivit informațiilor, noile tarife de utilizare a drumurilor naționale nu ar urma să fie modificate începând cu data de 25 martie, pentru rovinieta valabilă pe o perioadă de un an. Aceste tarife sunt prevăzute într-un document emis de Guvern. Șoferii care utilizează autoturisme, vehicule de transport marfă cu MTMA mai mică sau egală cu 3,5 tone, sau vehicule de transport marfă cu MTMA mai mare de 3,5 tone și mai mică sau egală cu 7,5 tone, sau vehicule de transport marfă cu MTMA mai mare de 7,5 tone și mai mică decât 12,0 tone vor fi afectați de această schimbare. CNAIR și Guvernul vor asigura informarea publicului în legătură cu orice modificări în ceea ce privește plata rovinietelor și peajelor. Decizia de a opri plata prin SMS va intra în vigoare începând cu data menționată și ar putea afecta mulți șoferi. CNAIR speră să găsească o soluție rapidă și eficientă pentru ca utilizatorii să poată plăti tarifele în cazul în care nu utilizează opțiunea prin intermediul SMS.
