Transavia primește nivelul Silver în clasamentul Romanian Corporate Sustainability & Transparency Index 2025

Compania Transavia, lider pe piața locală de carne de pui și afacere de familie cu capital integral românesc, a obținut un scor de 81 de puncte în evaluarea Romania Corporate Sustainability & Transparency Index (CST Index) 2025, fiind încadrată la nivelul Silver. Acest rezultat indică o performanță constantă în materie de sustenabilitate, în condițiile unui clasament complex care analizează criterii riguroase de mediu, sociale și guvernanță, notează %source%.

Transavia produce anual peste 120.000 de tone de carne de pui, controlând integral lanțul de producție, de la cultivarea cerealelor până la produsul finit. Modelul integrat 100% asigură trasabilitate completă și respectă standarde înalte de siguranță alimentară, criterii verificate prin certificări internaționale. Produsele ajung atât pe piața internă, cât și pe piețe externe, reprezentând aproximativ 30% din producție.

Compania aplică un proces circular de producție ce valorifică integral resursele disponibile, reducând pierderile la minimum. Resturile vegetale devin așternut pentru păsări, iar materiile secundare și subprodusele sunt folosite pentru nutrețuri sau fertilizarea culturilor. Astfel, Transavia evită deșeurile, susținând o producție responsabilă și sustenabilă, explică reprezentanții firmei.

Romania CST Index 2025, care marchează zece ani de la lansare, se bazează pe o metodologie aliniată la standarde internaționale precum CSRD, ESRS, GRI sau principiile UN Global Compact. Clasamentul ia în calcul peste 200 de puncte de date și aproape 100 de indicatori organizați în 11 categorii, analizând astfel cuprinzător performanța economică, socială și de mediu.

Potrivit comunicatului agenției The Azores Sustainability & CSR Services, doar circa 8% dintre companiile ce aveau peste 500 angajați în 2024 au reușit să depășească 50% din scorul de evaluare, evidențiind performanța remarcabilă a Transavia în domeniul raportării și practicilor sustenabile. „Recunoașterea CST Index Silver poziționează Transavia printre companiile cu performanțe solide”, afirmă reprezentanții firmei.
