Vechimea în muncă pentru pensie: cum se poate cumpăra perioadele

În cazul perioadelor anterioare, se poate constitui un contract de asigurare socială pentru a acoperi vechimea necesară, de către orice persoană, indiferent de cetățenie, pentru perioade continue sau disparate. În cazul denunțării unilateral, contribuțiile plătite nu se restituie.

Vechimea în muncă rămâne o condiție fundamentală pentru pensie în România în 2025, iar, pe lângă vârsta legală, lipsa perioadei de cotizare poate împiedica acordarea dreptului. Soluția este ”cumpărarea” vechimii în muncă printr-un contract de asigurare socială facultativă, prevăzut de Legea nr. 360/2023.

Stagiul minim de cotizare este 15 ani, iar maximul 35 de ani. Conform legii, contractul de asigurare socială pentru perioade anterioare poate fi încheiat pentru maximum 6 ani calendaristici precedenți lunii încheierii contractului. Perioadele pot fi continue sau disparate, cu valabilitate de până la 1 an.

Din 1 ianuarie 2025, nivelul minim al venitului lunar asigurat înscris în contract este de 4.050 lei, iar cuantumul contribuției de asigurări sociale aferent acestui venit este de 1.013 lei pe lună, la cota de 25%. Conform %source%, alba24.ro publică detalii despre această reglementare.
