CNAS convoacă prestatorii de servicii pentru analiza Platformei Informatice

Casa Națională de Asigurări de Sănătate (CNAS) a anunțat convocarea de urgență a prestatorilor de servicii de mentenanță pentru Platforma Informatică din Asigurările de Sănătate (PIAS). Scopul acestei întâlniri este de a evalua parametrii de funcționare a sistemului și de a stabili, dacă este cazul, necesitatea unor intervenții tehnice.

Această măsură a fost luată în urma unor semnalări legate de dificultățile întâmpinate de anumiți furnizori de servicii medicale în utilizarea PIAS. Reprezentanții CNAS au precizat că, în situațiile în care apar probleme tehnice, serviciile medicale, medicamentele și dispozitivele medicale pot fi acordate în regim offline, asigurându-se astfel continuitatea asistenței medicale pentru pacienți.

După acordarea serviciilor în mod offline, raportarea acestora poate fi efectuată ulterior, în termen de trei zile lucrătoare, respectând prevederile legale în vigoare.

În plus, CNAS a informat că, pentru a permite tuturor furnizorilor de servicii medicale, medicamente și dispozitive medicale să finalizeze corect raportarea activităților din luna decembrie 2024, calendarul de raportare va rămâne deschis până la data de 20 ianuarie 2025, pentru toate segmentele de asistență medicală.
