Amenzi de zeci de mii de lei pentru agenții economici din Aiud

Poliția Economică din Alba a demarat controale, aplicând amenzi semnificative agenților economici din municipiul Aiud. Pe 29 august 2024, polițiștii Serviciului de Investigare a Criminalității Economice din cadrul Inspectoratului de Poliție Județean Alba au desfășurat o acțiune care vizează respectarea legislației în domeniu.

În această acțiune, au fost supuși verificărilor 36 de agenți economici. Ulterior, au fost identificate 10 abateri de natură contravențională, iar amenzi în valoare totală de 40.300 lei au fost aplicate. De asemenea, a fost confiscată suma de 1.515 lei ca măsură complementară.

De asemenea, au fost descoperite 3 infracțiuni care încălcau Legea 241 din 2005, care se referă la prevenirea și combaterea evaziunii fiscale, precum și o infracțiune conform Legii 86 din 2006, care vizează Codul Vamal.

Reprezentanții IPJ Alba au confirmat că acțiunile de control nu se vor opri aici, continuând să supravegheze agenții economici din județ pentru a asigura respectarea legii.
