Amnistia fiscală: ANAF informează contribuabilii cu datorii

Agenția Națională de Administrare Fiscală (ANAF), împreună cu Ministerul Finanțelor, a anunțat că va trimite scrisori către peste 800.000 de contribuabili persoane fizice care au datorii. Aceștia vor fi informați despre posibilitățile de a beneficia de prevederile Ordonanței de Urgență 107/2024.

Contribuabilii vor primi prin poștă o scrisoare care le va prezenta detalii asupra măsurilor fiscale disponibile și beneficiile acestora. De asemenea, în scrisoare va fi inclus un plic pretipărit, destinat celor care doresc să transmită notificarea către organul fiscal.

ANAF a comunicat că în scrisoare va fi menționat cuantumul obligațiilor restante la 31 august 2024, astfel încât contribuabilii să fie conștienți de sumele pe care trebuie să le achite și de cele care pot fi anulate. Contribuabilii au opțiunea de a face plăți fie în numerar, fie prin card bancar, primind astfel o chitanță ca dovadă a plății.

Sumele încasate vor fi virate de Poșta Română în contul specificat în OUG nr. 116/2024, deschis la Trezoreria Operativă Centrală. După primirea notificării, contribuabilii vor obține un certificat de atestare fiscală, care va menționa situația fiscală detaliată pe obligații bugetare ce trebuie achitate, facilitând astfel anularea accesoriilor și a procentului aferent obligației principale.
