ANAF a aplicat amenzi în urma controalelor privind legislația RO e-Transport

Agentia Nationala de Administrare Fiscala (ANAF) a realizat multiple controale în perioada februarie-martie pentru a monitoriza respectarea legislației RO e-Transport. Conform informațiilor disponibile pe alba24.ro, inspectorii au oprit în trafic 4.589 de autovehicule pe 4 martie și au aplicat sancțiuni în valoare de 1.957.300 lei.

În februarie, ANAF Antifrauda a desfășurat controale zi și noapte, operând 24 de ore din 24, în apropierea căilor de acces rutiere din și către România. În total, au fost inspectate 9.766 de vehicule, reprezentând 3,73% din traficul internațional monitorizat. De asemenea, au fost organizate acțiuni de control pe principalele rute de transport și noduri de circulație.

În urma acestor controale, s-au aplicat sancțiuni contravenționale în valoare totală de 2.963.845 lei. Inspectorii au descoperit 12 vehicule care transportau bunuri, în special îmbrăcăminte și încălțăminte de proveniență non-UE, care erau destinate unor contribuabili cu comportament fiscal inadecvat. Aceste bunuri nu au fost declarate în Sistemul RO e-Transport.

ANAF a identificat și transporturi ilegale de bunuri, printre care o autoutilitară care transporta două tone de tutun uscat neprelucrat fără acte de proveniență, ceea ce a dus la calcularea unei accize datorate de 1.242.300 lei. De asemenea, au fost descoperite o autoutilitară ce transporta marfă din China și o cisternă cu benzină, fără documente justificative.

Bunurile transportate fără documentația necesară au fost reținute în vederea valorificării, conform măsurilor asiguratorii emise, în conformitate cu prevederile OUG nr. 41/2022.
