ANAF a descoperit fraudă majoră la companii de ride-sharing în România

Direcția Generală Antifraudă Fiscală (DGAF) a impus măsuri asigurătorii de 175 de milioane de lei după ce a descoperit nereguli fiscale la 128 de companii de transport alternativ. Controlul a vizat firme care nu declarau veniturile și nu înregistrau contractele de muncă ale șoferilor.

Operațiunea a fost declanșată în urma analizelor de risc din septembrie, care au semnalat practicile frauduloase ale acestor operatori. Potrivit ANAF, firmele investigate plăteau salarii la negru și nu achitau obligațiile fiscale către stat, prejudiciul calculat depășind 35 de milioane de euro.

Potrivit alba24.ro, DGAF a instituit măsuri asigurătorii pe activele patrimoniale, conturile bancare și alte sume urmăribile pentru a preveni ascunderea bunurilor și a recupera integral prejudiciul. De asemenea, s-a constatat nerespectarea obligației de a dota mașinile cu aparate de marcat electronice fiscale în unele cazuri, afectând atât veniturile bugetare, cât și drepturile sociale ale șoferilor.

Legea prevede că șoferii sunt angajați ai operatorilor de transport alternativ, însă multe firme nu respectă acest lucru, punând în pericol drepturile la asigurări sociale și pensii ale conducătorilor auto. ANAF susține că această fraudă are efecte negative asupra bugetului și protecției sociale a angajaților din domeniu.
