ANAF emite decizii de impunere pentru întârzieri și neconcordanțe fiscale

ANAF a început să trimită decizii de impunere cu sume estimate pentru contribuabilii care întârzie cu depunerea declarațiilor fiscale sau bilanțului, dar și pentru cei care au declarații incomplete sau cu neconcordanțe. Astfel, instituția realizează estimări ale impozitelor datorate.

Potrivit Codului de procedură fiscală, contribuabilii au dreptul să depună declarațiile fiscale lipsă în termen de maximum 60 de zile de la primirea deciziei. În acest mod, creanțele estimate pot fi înlocuite cu obligațiile reale, corectând astfel situația fiscală.

În unele cazuri, ANAF a constatat că societățile au declarat cheltuieli din exploatare mai mari decât cele înscrise în situațiile financiare, ceea ce a condus la clasificarea acestora drept nedeductibile. Conform informațiilor publicate de alba24.ro, această măsură urmărește să încurajeze corectitudinea în raportările fiscale.

Estimările realizate de ANAF se bazează pe datele disponibile, iar contribuabilii pot contesta sau corecta aceste acte fiscale pentru a reflecta realitatea economică. Potrivit alba24.ro, aceste decizii reprezintă o metodă prin care fiscul gestionează cazurile de nerespectare a obligațiilor declarative.
