ANAF precizează că nu intenționează să impoziteze autoconsumul populației

Șeful ANAF, Adrian Nica, a clarificat recent că instituția nu are în vedere impozitarea producției pentru autoconsum, cum ar fi produsele realizate de gospodării pentru consum propriu. El a explicat că declarația privind „gemul făcut de bunica” se referă doar la metodologia de calcul a decalajului de TVA, fără a afecta direct populația.

Potrivit comunicatului ANAF, decalajul fiscal este diferența între TVA potențială, estimată pe baza conturilor naționale, și TVA colectată efectiv. În prezent, anumite elemente de autoconsum pot influența eronat această estimare, motiv pentru care instituția dorește o analiză aprofundată pentru o metodologie îmbunătățită.

Adrian Nica explicase anterior că gemul făcut acasă este inclus în calculul gap-ului de TVA, ceea ce a dus la discuții publice. „Gemul făcut din grădina din spate e calculat la gapul de TVA în România”, a spus șeful ANAF, subliniind dorința instituției de a prezenta o evaluare mai corectă Comisiei Europene.

Alba24.ro citează comunicatul ANAF care menționează o colaborare între ANAF, Institutul Național de Statistică, Ministerul Finanțelor și partenerii europeni pentru ajustarea metodologică a estimărilor gap-ului de TVA. De asemenea, ANAF va colabora cu Banca Mondială pentru îmbunătățirea analizei decalajului fiscal și pentru identificarea clară a cauzelor decalajului de colectare.
