Ancheta ANAF privind rețeaua transfrontalieră de evaziune cu panouri fotovoltaice, trimisă la Parchet

Ancheta derulată de ANAF în privința unei rețele transfrontaliere implicate în evaziune fiscală și spălare de bani, în domeniul comerțului cu panouri fotovoltaice, a fost transmisă Parchetului de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție. Investigațiile au vizat un grup format din 17 firme ce operau coordonat în mai multe state.

Conform ministrului Finanțelor, Alexandru Nazare, ancheta desfășurată între august 2024 și august 2025 a dezvăluit un sistem complex care implica de la fraudă fiscală până la folosirea persoanelor vulnerabile pentru acte ilegale. ”Acest grup acționa în România, Belgia și Bulgaria,” a explicat ministrul.

Alba24.ro citează surse oficiale care spun că prejudiciul adus bugetului de stat este estimat la aproape 6 milioane de lei, rezultatul neplății TVA-ului și impozitului pe profit. ANAF a aplicat măsuri asigurătorii asupra bunurilor și conturilor firmelor, confiscând panouri fotovoltaice în valoare de peste 1,65 milioane de lei.

Președintele ANAF, Adrian Nica, a declarat că dosarul, complet documentat după un an de investigații, a fost înaintat Parchetului pentru sancționarea întregii rețele infracționale. Ministrul Nazare a dispus de asemenea o anchetă internă pentru a identifica și sancționa eventualele breșe din cadrul ANAF, precizând că noile reguli fiscale vor preveni astfel de fraude.
