ASF interzice societății DallBogg emiterea de noi polițe în România din octombrie 2025

Autoritatea de Supraveghere Financiară (ASF) a informat că societatea DallBogg Life and Health AD va fi împiedicată să încheie noi contracte de asigurare în România începând cu 1 octombrie 2025. Această măsură vine după un control comun cu autoritatea bulgară și EIOPA asupra activității firmei.

În timpul suspendării temporare, autoritățile au examinat atent modul în care DallBogg a operat pe piața de asigurări din România. Decizia ASF s-a bazat pe concluziile acestui control și pe analiza comportamentului societății în anul 2025.

Societatea rămâne obligată să respecte cadrul legal privind protecția interesului general. Potrivit alba24.ro, ASF monitorizează activitatea DallBogg în România pentru conformarea cu reglementările de protecție a consumatorilor și poate lua măsuri în caz de abateri.

Asigurații care dețin polițe DallBogg pot denunța contractele cu preaviz de 20 de zile, iar în caz de accidente cu șoferi asigurați de DallBogg trebuie să se adreseze companiei DioDea Management S.R.L., reprezentantul autorizat în România. ASF primeste și reclamații la tel verde dedicat.
