Atenționare ANAF: Mesaje False în Numele Instituției privind Sistemul e-Factura. Avertizare pentru Contribuabili

Agenția Națională de Administrare Fiscală (ANAF) a emis un avertisment cu privire la o nouă tentativă de mesaje false transmise în numele instituției. Conform mesajului, contribuabililor le sunt solicitate informații privind facturile emise prin intermediul sistemului e-Factura, fără drept. În avertizarea de presă, ANAF reiterează avertismentul privind astfel de campanii de mesaje false, care se transmiteau anterior în numele instituției. În aceste mesaje, contribuabililor li se cereau informații privind facturile emise pentru societățile pe care le administrează sau la care lucrează. Însă, de această dată, mesajele par să vină de la adresa de e-mail dan.stanciu@m-finante.com. ANAF subliniază faptul că această adresă de e-mail nu aparține instituției și atenționează contribuabilii să nu dea curs solicitărilor primite. Organizația reamintește că serviciile oferite de RO e-Factura sunt accesibile doar prin Spațiul Privat Virtual (SPV) și prin API (interfața pentru depuneri/interogări automate), și nu prin intermediul unor adrese de e-mail nesigure. ANAF precizează că serviciul Spațiul Privat Virtual este disponibil gratuit pentru contribuabili și a fost creat cu scopul de a asigura o comunicare securizată cu instituția. Astfel, instituția încurajează contribuabilii să utilizeze aceste canale de comunicare oferite de ANAF în mod oficial și să fie atenți la astfel de tentative de fraudă. În cazul în care primiți astfel de mesaje, ANAF vă încurajează să raportați imediat situația la adresa de e-mail fraudesofia.inspector@anaf.ro sau să sunați la numărul de telefon 0800 800 085, în vederea combaterii acestor acțiuni ilegale. Agenția Națională de Administrare Fiscală insistă asupra importanței păstrării confidențialității informațiilor și a respectării canalelor de comunicare oficiale în relația cu contribuabilii.
