Autostrada Transilvania, deblocată în județul Bihor

Constructia autostrazii Transilvania a fost oficial deblocată în județul Bihor, conform anunțului făcut de ministrul Transporturilor, Ciprian Șerban. Potrivit acestuia, compania Națională de Investiții Rutiere a emis ordinul de începere, iar lucrările pot începe chiar de mâine, 25 iulie, cu aproape șase luni înainte de termenul prevăzut în contract.

Ministrul a precizat că lotul 3C2, cu o lungime de 28,5 km, traversează județul Bihor și va fi realizat de asocierea Precon Transilvania-Citadina 98 în 18 luni. Pentru a accelera progresul, CNIR a avizat deja un tronson prioritar de 8,5 km, chiar în zona de construire, ceea ce ar putea duce la finalizarea mai rapidă a acestuia.

Potrivit site-ului alba24.ro, proiectul este finanțat din fonduri europene nerambursabile, din Fondul de Coeziune și Programul Transport 2021-2027. Valoarea contractului este de 785 milioane de lei, iar durata totală de execuție este de 24 de luni, din care șase luni pentru proiectare și 18 pentru construcție.

Ciprian Șerban menționează că finalizarea celor două loturi deja în lucru, între Suplacu de Barcău și Biharia, va permite circulația continuă pe o distanță de 74 km, de la Nusfalau (Salaj) până la granita cu Ungaria, la Bors II. Potrivit sursei, CNIR a avizat pentru tronsonul de 8,5 km, pe lotul Chiribiș-Biharia, accelerând astfel proiectul, întrucât colaborarea cu beneficiarul și constructorul poate duce la deschiderea șantierului cu aproape jumătate de an mai devreme față de termenul inițial.

La șantier vor fi construite 18 poduri și pasarele, iar pe acest segment se va implementa un sistem integrat de transport inteligent (ITS). Potrivit CNIR, pe lotul 3C2 vor fi montate și alte conducte necesare, pentru a asigura funcționarea optimă a autostrăzii. Partenerii și autoritățile speră ca acest proiect să contribuie semnificativ la infrastructura rutieră națională, oferind o legătură rapidă și sigură între județele din Transilvania.
