Bonuri de masă 2024-2025: Majorare a valorii tichetelor în octombrie 2024

Începând cu data de 1 octombrie 2024, valoarea maximă a unui tichet de masă va crește de la 40 de lei la 40,04 lei. Această modificare va fi valabilă pentru semestrul II al anului 2024. Potrivit reglementărilor în vigoare, valoarea nominală a tichetelor de masă nu va putea depăși această sumă până la sfârșitul lunii martie 2025, incluzând în acest interval și primele două luni din semestrul I al anului viitor.

Aceste ajustări sunt conforme cu prevederile articolului 33 din Normele metodologice de aplicare a Legii nr. 165/2018, care reglementează acordarea biletelor de valoare. Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1045/2018 stabilește cadrul legal pentru implementarea acestor măsuri.

Ministerul Muncii a lansat un proiect de ordin pentru dezbatere publică începând cu data de 9 septembrie 2024. Este important de menționat că angajatorii nu sunt obligați să ofere angajaților valoarea maximă a tichetelor de masă. Acestea pot decide să acorde bonuri cu o valoare nominală mai mică, fără a încălca reglementările legale.

Tichetul de masă este valabil în anul în care a fost emis, cu o excepție importantă: tichetele emise în perioada 1 noiembrie - 31 decembrie pot fi utilizate și până la 31 decembrie al anului următor. Aceste reglementări vizează facilitarea accesului angajaților la tichete de masă și îmbunătățirea condițiilor de muncă.
