Camera Deputaților a adoptat legea care permite românilor să folosească energia produsă acasă pentru mai multe locuințe

Legea prosumatorilor, aprobată miercuri de Camera Deputaților, le oferă românilor posibilitatea de a compensa energia electrică produsă la o locuință cu facturile aferente altor adrese deținute de aceeași persoană. Această măsură vizează reducerea costurilor în gospodării și instituții publice.

Astfel, cei care produc energie verde, de exemplu prin panouri solare instalate la o casă, pot utiliza surplusul pentru a diminua factura de la un apartament sau alte proprietăți. Ministrul Energiei, Sebastian Burduja, subliniază: „Prosumatorii sunt, probabil, cei mai mari investitori în energie din ultimii 5 ani.” România numără aproximativ 250.000 de prosumatori cu o putere instalată totală de aproape 3.000 MW.

Potrivit alba24.ro, noua lege modifică Legea energiei electrice și a gazelor naturale și introduce distincții clare între prosumatorii persoane fizice și juridice. De asemenea, precizează noi norme de facturare și compensare cantitativă pentru prosumatorii cu centrale electrice din surse regenerabile cu putere instalată de cel mult 200 kW pe locul de consum.

În forma reexaminată, legea reglementează clar dreptul prosumatorului de a compensa sau regulariza financiar excesul de energie produs și livrat la un punct de producere și consum cu energia electrică consumată din rețea pentru alte locuri de consum aparținând aceleiași persoane, notează Agerpres.
