Câștigul salarial mediu net a crescut ușor în septembrie 2025 față de august

Institutul Național de Statistică a anunțat o majorare a salariului mediu net în luna septembrie 2025, care a ajuns la 5.443 lei, cu 56 lei (+1,0%) mai mult decât în august. Câștigul salarial mediu brut a crescut și el cu 0,8%, până la 9.078 lei.

În cele mai multe domenii economice, salariile medii nete au fost mai mari față de luna precedentă, datorită acordării de prime ocazionale, drepturi în natură, ajutoare bănești și sume din profitul net. De asemenea, creșterile s-au bazat pe performanțe de producție și încasări mai mari, în funcție de proiecte.

Potrivit alba24.ro, diferențele salariale între domenii s-au datorat atât primelor acordate anterior, cât și unor nerealizări de producție sau venituri mai mici. Această sursă citează că în sectorul bugetar s-au înregistrat totuși creșteri ale salariului mediu net față de august 2025, reflectând evoluții diverse pe piața muncii.

Comparativ cu septembrie 2024, câștigul salarial mediu net a crescut cu 4,1%, dar indicele câștigului salarial real a fost de 94,7%, în scădere față de aceeași lună a anului precedent. Față de august 2025, indicele real a fost de 100,6%, semn că puterea de cumpărare s-a menținut aproape constantă.
