Cea mai mare pensie specială din Alba depășește 50.000 de lei brut lunar

Un pensionar din județul Alba primește cea mai mare pensie specială de 50.359 de lei brut lunar, echivalentul a 41.369 de lei net. În paralel, pensia lunară cea mai ridicată din sistemul public obișnuit, fără a face parte din categoria specială, este de 23.574 de lei brut.

Reprezentanții Casei de Pensii Alba au oferit pentru alba24.ro topul celor mai mari zece pensii speciale din județ, evidențiind diferențele semnificative dintre acestea și pensiile publice obișnuite. Discuția privind pensiile speciale a fost relansată recent în contextul reformelor propuse de Guvernul Bolojan.

Premierul Bolojan a solicitat schimbarea modului de calcul al pensiilor pentru magistrați, însă propunerea legislativă a fost declarată neconstituțională. Pe 20 octombrie, Curtea Constituțională a admis sesizarea Înaltei Curți de Casație și Justiție privind modificările sugerate pentru sistemul de pensii al judecătorilor și procurorilor.

Conform alba24.ro, acest subiect continuă să stârnească controverse privind echitatea și sustenabilitatea sistemului de pensii, mai ales în condițiile în care pensiile speciale din Alba depășesc cu mult valorile standard din sistemul public.
