Cetățenii pot raporta problemele la aparatele de returnare a garanției prin WhatsApp

Cetățenii români au acum posibilitatea de a semnala problemele întâmpinate la aparatele de returnare a garanției prin intermediul aplicației WhatsApp. Anunțul a fost făcut de către ministrul Mediului, Apelor și Pădurilor, Mircea Fechet. Persoanele interesate, fie că sunt cetățeni sau reprezentanți ai magazinelor, pot trimite reclamații, sugestii și observații referitoare la funcționarea Sistemului Garanti-Returnare (SGR) direct pe WhatsApp.

Ministrul a declarat că va monitoriza în timp real mesajele primite și modul în care sunt soluționate plângerile. „Orice cetățean, inclusiv magazinele, are dreptul de a ne informa despre disfuncționalitățile sistemului, cum ar fi refuzul comercianților de a plăti garanția sau problemele legate de aparatele de returnare a ambalajelor”, a spus Fechet.

Numărul de telefon disponibil pentru reclamații este 0726.715.142, iar, conform datelor anunțate, numărul ambalajelor colectate prin SGR a depășit deja 1,3 miliarde. Fechet a menționat că s-a sărbătorit recent colectarea primului miliard de PET-uri și că numărul ambalajelor colectate crește constant, ceea ce dovedește eficiența sistemului.

„Zeci de mii de tone de ambalaje ajung acolo unde trebuie, în fabricile de reciclare, și primim săptămânal informații despre extinderea capacităților de reciclare”, a adăugat ministrul. SGR este operat de compania RetuRO, care funcționează pe principiul not for profit, cu scopul de a reinvesti orice profit în dezvoltarea sistemului. Aceasta a fost fondată de un consorțiu format din asociații private și statul român, fiecare având o pondere diferită în structura acționariatului.
