DGAF intensifică controalele în transportul alternativ pentru combaterea riscului fiscal

Direcția Generală Antifraudă Fiscală (DGAF) din cadrul ANAF anunță o intensificare a controalelor la nivel național în sectorul transportului alternativ de persoane, vizând operatorii cu risc fiscal ridicat, identificați în urma analizelor recente. Amenzile aplicate în perioada septembrie-noiembrie au depășit 3 milioane de lei.

Acțiunile de control se concentrează pe operatorii cu risc fiscal major, folosind instrumente digitale moderne precum e-Factura, RO e-TVA și casele de marcat electronice RO, precum și noile declarații D397, introduse în 2025. Prin acestea, platformele de transport alternativ transmit periodic autorităților fiscale date importante referitoare la activitatea desfășurată.

Alba24.ro citează datele DGAF potrivit cărora, în urma controalelor derulate între septembrie și decembrie, au fost depistate nereguli la 123 de societăți verificate. Inspectorii au monitorizat și respectarea obligației de dotare cu aparate de marcat electronice fiscale conforme legislației în vigoare, conform OUG 28/1999 și OUG 49/2019, privind transportul alternativ.

DGAF precizează că va continua și intensifica verificările veniturilor obținute din activități de ride-sharing în următoarea perioadă, pentru sporirea conformării fiscale și asigurarea unei concurențe corecte în sectorul transportului alternativ de persoane.
