e-Transport: Termenul de aplicare a amenzilor pentru netransmiterea coordonatelor GPS a fost amânat până în 2025

Ministerul Finanțelor a anunțat că amenzile pentru netransmiterea coordonatelor GPS în sistemul e-Transport vor intra în vigoare abia pe 1 ianuarie 2025. Această decizie comes resultatele solicitărilor venite din partea operatorilor economici, care au cerut timp suplimentar pentru a-și pregăti și testa sistemele interne conform cerințelor RO e-Transport.

Conform prevederilor din OUG nr. 41/2022, articolele 13.1 lit. d) și e) referitoare la obligativitatea transmiterii coordonatelor GPS se vor aplica efectiv începând cu anul 2025. Hotărârea a fost luată după discuții cu reprezentanții mediului de afaceri.

Sistemul RO e-Transport va utiliza datele provenite din sistemele GPS ale vehiculelor de transport marfă doar dacă acestea sunt echipate cu astfel de sisteme. În alte cazuri, autovehiculele vor trebui să aibă un dispozitiv mobil care să utilizeze tehnologiile de poziționare și transmisie prin satelit. Aplicatia e-Transport va fi disponibilă pe Apple Store și Google Play începând cu 15 iulie 2024.

Acest sistem are rolul de a monitoriza transporturile rutiere de bunuri cu risc fiscal ridicat, precum și transporturile internaționale, fiind o parte esențială din procesul de digitalizare al ANAF. Scopul este creșterea capacității administrative de combatere a fraudei fiscale.

Operatorii de transport rutier sunt obligați să asigure transferul datelor de poziționare pe întreaga durată a traseelor de transport ale bunurilor monitorizate prin RO e-Transport. Un ghid de utilizare a aplicației e-Transport poate fi găsit pe portalul ANAF, în secțiunea de Asistență pentru Contribuabili.

Pentru a facilita înțelegerea sistemului, Ministerul Finanțelor și ANAF au elaborat un Ghid privind Sistemul național e-Transport, disponibil pentru toți contribuabilii care realizează transporturi naționale și internaționale cu risc fiscal ridicat.
