Garantiile de 120% pentru produsele accizabile, o nouă măsură fiscală

Operatorii economici care doresc să vândă produse accizabile vor fi nevoiți să depună o declarație pe propria răspundere și să constituie o garanție de 120% din accizele corespunzătoare. Această măsura se aplică atunci când riscul fiscal al operatorilor este considerat ridicat, conform informațiilor publicate de Economedia.

Autoritățile vamale vor notifica operatorii economici despre aceste obligații. În special, cei care sunt înregistrați la autoritatea competentă pentru distribuția și comercializarea en-gros a băuturilor alcoolice, tutunului prelucrat și produselor energetice, fără a le depozita, și care eliberează produse accizabile dintr-un antrepozit fiscal, vor trebui să depună această declarație.

Declarația pe propria răspundere trebuie să menționeze cantitatea de produse accizabile pe care operatorul intenționează să o elibereze pentru consum. Detaliile referitoare la modelul, conținutul și modalitatea de depunere a declarației vor fi stabilite printr-un ordin al președintelui Agenției Naționale de Administrare Fiscală.

În concluzie, aceasta este o măsură care are ca scop consolidarea controlului fiscal asupra produselor accizabile și asigurarea conformității din partea operatorilor economici.
