Ghid privind plata CASS din 1 septembrie 2025

Persoanele interesate pot verifica dacă mai sunt sau nu asigurate CASS din 1 septembrie 2025. Verificarea poate fi făcută online sau prin canale oficiale; dacă rezultatul indică lipsa asigurării, pot trece la plata voluntară a contribuției. Pașii pentru plata voluntară includ depunerea Declarației unice (Formular 212) la ANAF, online prin SPV.

Începând cu 1 septembrie 2025, persoanele co-asigurate își pierd calitatea de asigurat CASS dacă nu-și plătesc contribuția. FACIAS a realizat un ghid practic gratuit destinat celor care rămân fără asigurare de sănătate în contextul noilor modificări legale. Le va reveni să plătească contribuția singuri pentru a avea acoperire.

Declarația unică se completează cu nume, prenume, CNP și adresa de domiciliu. Pe pagina a treia se bifează Secțiunea 1, litera E, și se completează baza de calcul CASS 2025; aceeași sumă este notată în secțiunea 3. Veți găsi detalii despre înregistrare și plată în materialul dedicat.

Toate celelalte categorii de co-asigurați își pierd acest statut la începutul lunii septembrie. Singurele categorii care rămân asigurate sunt copiii, elevii sau anumiți studenți, femeile însărcinate, pensionarii, șomerii cu indemnizație, persoanele cu handicap grav sau cele aflate în programe naționale de sănătate, precum cele în concediu pentru creșterea copilului.
