Guvernul a aprobat condițiile de finanțare pentru Casa Nouă 2024

Guvernul a aprobat continuarea Programului "Noua Casă" în 2024, într-o ședință desfășurată miercuri. Bugetul total pentru acest program va fi de 1 miliard de lei. Programul "Noua Casă 2024" va oferi posibilitatea obținerii unui credit pentru achiziționarea unei singure locuințe, în lei.

Programul se adresează persoanelor fizice care intenționează să cumpere o locuință cu ajutorul unui credit bancar garantat de stat. Începând cu anul 2024, se vor putea înscrie și finanțatori care nu au participat anul precedent. Aceștia au la dispoziție 7 zile lucrătoare să transmită către Fondul Național de Garantare a Creditelor pentru Întreprinderile Mici și Mijlocii Programul "Noua Casă 2024". Cerințele privind veniturile aplicantei pentru obținerea unui credit pentru cumpărarea unei locuințe rămân la fel ca până acum. Programul "Prima Casă" a fost lansat în anul 2009 și până la finalul lunii decembrie 2023 au fost aprobate 333.219 garanții și promisiuni de garantare în valoare totală de 31,57 miliarde lei, sprijinind astfel credite în valoare de 63,8 miliarde lei. Anul 2023 a înregistrat 1.940 de garanții acordate, în valoare totală de 245,7 milioane lei, pentru credite în valoare de aproximatv 485 milioane lei. Programul "Noua Casă" va continua și în 2024, oferind oportunitatea familiilor de a-și achiziționa o locuință prin intermediul unui credit avantajos, garantat de stat. Acest program reprezintă un sprijin important pentru cei care doresc să își realizeze visul de a avea o casă proprie. Finanțatorii care nu au participat până acum pot să se înscrie în program, având la dispoziție o perioadă de 7 zile lucrătoare să transmită dosarul către Fond. Cererile vor fi analizate în baza criteriilor stabilite de către Guvern, iar beneficiarii vor putea lua creditul cu ajutorul căruia își vor putea construi sau cumpăra o casă. Acest program a fost un real succes până acum, susținând numeroase familii să își realizeze visul de a avea o locuință proprie. Editor: Media Grup
