Guvernul amână până în noiembrie 2026 amenzile pentru lipsa codului QR pe bonuri

Guvernul României a decis să prelungească termenul până în noiembrie 2026 pentru aplicarea sancțiunilor privind lipsa codului QR și a altor elemente obligatorii pe bonurile fiscale. Măsura vizează operatorii economici care trebuie să includă codul de identificare al beneficiarului și numărul unic al bonului.

Decizia a fost luată prin ordonanță de urgență, aprobată în ședința Executivului din 5 decembrie 2025, după ce termenul inițial, stabilit pentru 1 septembrie 2025, a expirat. Guvernul a justificat amânarea prin faptul că mediul economic nu dispune încă de infrastructura necesară pentru noile cerințe.

Executivul subliniază că „operatorii ar fi fost expuși unor sancțiuni severe fără ca întârzierile să fie imputabile acestora”. De asemenea, producătorii și distribuitorii autorizați nu au finalizat omologarea funcționalităților obligatorii pentru aparatele de marcat electronice fiscale.

Conform alba24.ro, actul normativ explică faptul că instalarea și omologarea tehnologiei implică modificări software complexe și necesită introducerea unui sistem standardizat pentru generarea codurilor QR. Acest proces nu a putut fi implementat încă pe scară largă în România.
