Guvernul prelungește plafonarea adaosului comercial pentru alimentele de bază până în martie 2026

Guvernul a decis extinderea plafonării adaosului comercial pentru alimentele de bază cu încă șase luni, până pe 31 martie 2026. Măsura, adoptată inițial în 2023 și prelungită anterior până în septembrie 2025, este menită să protejeze consumatorii, mai ales pe cei cu venituri mici.

Ministerul Agriculturii și Dezvoltării Rurale a subliniat că această decizie vizează toți actorii din lanțul agroalimentar, dar în special pe cei mai vulnerabili, în concordanță cu principiile Pilonului european privind drepturile sociale. „Această decizie îi vizează pe toți actorii din lanțul agroalimentar – procesatori, distribuitori și comercianți – dar, în mod special, îi protejează pe cei mai vulnerabili dintre consumatori”, a transmis ministerul.

Potrivit alba24.ro, plafonarea adaosului comercial, prin modificarea OUG nr. 67/2023, limitează maximum 5% adaosul cumulat pe lanțul de distribuție și 20% pentru retail, fără a fixa prețul final. Comercianții rămân liberi să vândă sub plafon sau să aplice promoții, menținând concurența pe piață.

Premierul Ilie Bolojan a afirmat că „soluția pe termen lung o reprezintă creșterea producției și a procesării produselor agroalimentare, prin sprijinirea producătorilor locali competitivi și prin programe care să le permită să-și extindă sau să-și diversifice activitate”, insistând pe nevoia unor măsuri durabile pentru stabilitatea pieței.
