Indicele ROBOR a scăzut pentru creditele în lei cu dobândă variabilă

Indicele ROBOR la trei luni, folosit în calculul costului creditelor de consum în lei cu dobândă variabilă, a înregistrat o ușoară scădere, ajungând miercuri la 6,37% pe an, față de 6,39% anterior. La începutul anului era de 5,92% pe an.

ROBOR la șase luni, aplicat în calculul dobânzilor pentru creditele ipotecare în lei cu dobândă variabilă, a scăzut de la 6,54% la 6,53% pe an, iar indicele la 12 luni a scăzut la rândul său la 6,74% față de 6,75% anterior.

Conform alba24.ro, indicele de referință pentru creditele consumatorilor (IRCC), reglementat prin OUG 19/2019, a rămas la 6,06% pe an, influențând costurile acestui tip de împrumuturi. Aceste modificări vin în contextul variațiilor din piața bancară și a politicilor monetare ale BNR.

Scăderile indicelelor ROBOR aduc vești bune pentru românii cu credite în lei, care pot beneficia astfel de o reducere a costurilor aferente împrumuturilor cu dobândă variabilă, notează datele publicate de Banca Națională a României.
