Kronospan a finalizat preluarea fabricii Ziegler din Sebeș, asigurând continuitatea locurilor de muncă

Kronospan a încheiat, pe 18 noiembrie 2025, achiziția fabricii Ziegler din Sebeș, aflată în insolvență. Compania a transmis clienților că unitatea își va continua activitatea, fiind complet sincronizată cu noul proprietar, iar locurile de muncă vor fi păstrate.

Consiliul Concurenței din România a autorizat tranzacția încă din iunie 2025, când Kronospan Holdings South Limited a anunțat intenția de a prelua ZG Timber Sebeș SRL, de la grupul german Ziegler Group. Procedura s-a finalizat oficial în noiembrie.

Grupul Ziegler, care deține fostele unități Holzindustrie Schweighofer, a intrat în insolvență anul trecut. Fabrica din Sebeș, cu 650 de angajați în momentul vânzării către Ziegler în 2023, face acum parte din rețeaua de producție de cherestea a Kronospan.

Conform publicației alba24.ro, Kronospan dă asigurări că va continua producția fără întreruperi și că locurile de muncă vor fi menținute. „Fabrica își va continua operațiunile complet sincronizată cu noul proprietar”, transmit reprezentanții companiei.
